What qualifications do the Aphrodite team have?
All our team here at Aphrodite are trained to the most professional of standards with at least two years' of experience. We also ensure to continue to carry out refresher training so the team have the most current and up to date knowledge and skills.

Do I need to prepare before arriving for my appointment?
We ask that all those booked in for a massage treatment shower before arrival. We also advise against immersion into water within the first 12 hours after a massage treatment in order to achieve the maximum benefit from the aromatherapy oils used.

I would like to purchase a gift voucher, how long are they valid for?
Aphrodite gift vouchers are valid for 6 months starting on the purchase date. Gift vouchers are not redeemable against clinical/specialist treatments.

I have received an Aphrodite gift voucher, how can I redeem this?
Simply book an appointment and bring your gift voucher with you. You will need to present this at the end of your treatment.

Do I need to tell you about any existing medical conditions?
We ask you, for your own well being, to inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking. Certain treatments may not be advisable to you.

What do I need to bring with me for an Aphrodite appointment?
We recommend that you to wear comfortable clothing. Please bring open toes shoes if having a pedicure treatment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards however we are unable to accept cheques. All of our advertised prices are inclusive of VAT.

Are there any age restriction on treatments?
The majority of our treatments require you to be 16 and over, however this is subject to treatment. Please speak to a member of the team upon booking for advice. All massage clients must be 18 or over.

What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you want to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, thus avoiding the charge of the treatment. If you have a reservation and do not notify us of your absence, you will have to pay the full amount.

Our right to cancel:
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone, where possible.
